Spirit Talker - Ghost Hunting (com.pm.spirit)  |  published by PREMIER MOBILE APPS
Effective date: 21 August 2026  |  Last updated: 21 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PREMIER MOBILE APPS ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use the mobile application Spirit Talker - Ghost Hunting (the "App"), distributed through Google Play. It applies to the App only. By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App is an entertainment product only. It is a simulation made for fun. It does not detect real ghosts, spirits or paranormal activity, it makes no supernatural claims, and it has no scientific basis. All readings, signals, images and messages shown in the App are generated by software using random and pseudo-random values, device sensor noise and pre-written content libraries. No paranormal, psychic or supernatural process is involved.

1. Quick summary

2. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller (and "Data Fiduciary" under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) is:

PREMIER MOBILE APPS
Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India
Email: premierfeedback@outlook.com

For privacy questions, requests and complaints, see section 15 (Your rights and choices) and section 23 (Contact us).

3. Information we do NOT collect

The App does not collect, request or store: your name, email address, postal address, phone number, date of birth, gender, government identifiers (such as Aadhaar or PAN), payment card or bank details, contacts, calendar, call logs, SMS messages, files or media library, precise GPS location, health or fitness data, biometric identifiers used to identify a person, audio recordings, or SMS/phone permissions. The App has no user account, no user profile and no social login.

We do not use the App's face-detection feature to recognise, identify or verify who anyone is.

4. Information collected automatically

We do not run our own servers or user database. The data below is collected by third-party software development kits (SDKs) built into the App, and matches what we declare in the Google Play Data safety section.

These identifiers are technical. We do not link them to your real-world identity and we make no attempt to identify you personally.

5. Camera and images

The App requests the Camera permission for its Ghost Detection, Ghost Mirror and related visual features. The permission is optional: you may refuse it and continue to use the rest of the App. You can withdraw it later in Android Settings → Apps → Spirit Talker → Permissions.

6. Device sensors

The App reads the accelerometer and gyroscope, and where supported uses Google ARCore motion tracking, to create movement-based visual effects and to generate the random values behind simulated "detections". These readings are used in real time on your device, are not stored by the App and are not transmitted to us or to any third party.

7. Text-to-speech

Some features read text aloud using the Android text-to-speech engine already installed on your device. The text to be spoken is passed to that engine. If you have selected a speech engine that processes text on a server, that engine's own privacy policy applies. You can change or disable your speech engine in your device settings.

8. Advertising

The free version of the App displays advertisements delivered through an advertising mediation SDK (Appodeal), which in turn works with a number of advertising networks. To select, deliver and measure ads, and to detect ad fraud, these partners may process your Google Advertising ID, IP address, approximate country or region, device and App information, information about the presence of certain apps on your device, and your interaction with ads.

We do not control how advertising partners process data once it reaches them. Please review the SDK's policy at appodeal.com/privacy-policy, and Google's explanation at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

9. Purchases

The App offers a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks premium content and removes advertising. All payments are processed by Google Play under Google's own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive or store your card number, UPI ID, bank details, billing address or full name. We receive only the purchase state and the Google Play purchase token required to unlock and restore your purchase on your device. Purchase success and failure events are also recorded in Firebase Analytics without any payment details.

10. Third-party services inside the App

These providers act as independent controllers or as our processors depending on the service. We are not responsible for their independent practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.

11. Data stored on your device

The App saves small settings locally on your device, for example your selected language, sound and click-sound on/off, whether an introduction screen was dismissed, whether you have already rated the App, and your purchase status. This data stays on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App. If Android backup is switched on for your device, these settings may be included in your own Google account backup, which is controlled by you and by Google.

12. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it with data brokers. Information is shared only in these situations:

13. Legal bases for processing (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

For users in India, processing is carried out on the basis of your consent and for the legitimate uses permitted by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

14. Data retention

We do not maintain a user database of our own. Data held by our service providers is retained under their schedules:

Where we are required to keep information to comply with a legal obligation or to defend a legal claim, we retain it for as long as that obligation or claim lasts.

15. Your rights and choices

The App has no accounts and no sign-in. We do not keep a user profile, a database of users, or any record linked to your name, email address or phone number. Because of this there is normally no personal record on our side that we could look up, export or delete for you. Instead, you control this data yourself, directly on your device:

Deleting your data

We do not operate a data deletion request form, portal or account-deletion page, because the App creates no account and we store no record that belongs to a particular person. Deletion is entirely in your hands and takes effect immediately:

Technical data already held by Google Firebase and by advertising partners is deleted or aggregated automatically at the end of the retention periods described in section 14. We cannot single out an individual user's records inside those systems, because nothing there is linked to your identity.

Where the law gives you a right of erasure and we are able to identify a record that relates to you, we will act on it. In practice we hold no such record.

India – Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

If you are in India you have the right to access a summary of your personal data and our processing, the right to correction and completion, the right to erasure, the right to withdraw consent, the right to nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity, and the right to raise a complaint with us. Use the contact details in section 23. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

EEA, UK and Switzerland – GDPR

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interests, withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office). The App does not carry out automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects; the results shown in the App are randomly generated entertainment.

California and other US states

You have the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. However, sharing advertising identifiers with advertising partners for personalised advertising may be treated as a "sale" or "share" under some US state laws. You can opt out by refusing personalised ads, by deleting your Advertising ID in your device settings, by buying the ad-free unlock, or by contacting us. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Making a privacy request

If you have a privacy question or want to use one of the rights above, email premierfeedback@outlook.com with the subject line "PRIVACY". Requests are free. We acknowledge within 48 hours and respond within 30 days, and we will tell you if a complex request needs longer.

Please understand the practical limit set out at the start of this section: with no account and no identifying information on our side, we usually cannot connect a request to any specific data. We may also be unable to act where the data has been irreversibly anonymised, where acting would reveal another person's data, or where the law requires us to keep the data. In every case we will explain the position to you.

16. International data transfers

Our service providers (Google and our advertising partners) may store and process data on servers in the United States, the European Union and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from the laws of your country. Where data is transferred out of the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, these providers rely on lawful transfer mechanisms, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision. By using the App you understand that data may be processed outside your country of residence.

17. Security

Images, sensor readings and settings stay in the App's private storage area on your device, which other applications cannot read. All network traffic between the App and its service providers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS. Our service providers apply their own access controls and security programmes. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a personal data breach affecting App users, we will notify affected users and the relevant authorities where the law requires it.

18. Cookies and similar technologies

The App itself does not use browser cookies for tracking. In-app web pages, such as this policy opened inside the App, and the SDKs described above may use cookies, local storage or similar identifiers to operate, to limit repeated ads and to detect fraud. You can control these through your device settings and your Advertising ID controls. The App does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because it is not a website.

19. Links to other services

The App may open links to Google Play, to this policy page and, when you tap Share, to other applications you choose. Those destinations are operated by other parties under their own privacy policies and terms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their practices.

20. Children's privacy

The App is rated for users aged 13 and above and contains horror themes, jump scares and sudden loud sounds. It is not directed to children under 13, our Google Play target audience is set to 13 and above, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has used the App and information was collected, contact us at premierfeedback@outlook.com and we will take steps to have it deleted promptly. Parents and guardians should supervise a minor's use of the App and of any in-app purchase.

21. Consistency with Google Play Data safety

This Privacy Policy is written to match the Data safety section of our Google Play store listing. If any data type is shown there as "Not collected", it is not collected by this App even if it is mentioned elsewhere as a general possibility. Our Data safety section states that we do not provide a data deletion request mechanism; this is because the App has no account and holds no record linked to an individual user, as explained in section 15. Where the two differ, we will correct the difference as soon as we become aware of it.

22. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published at this same web address with a new "Last updated" date, and the link inside the App and on our Google Play listing will point to it. Where a change is material, we will also give notice inside the App or on the store listing. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
