These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and PREMIER MOBILE APPS, a partnership firm registered in India ("we", "us", "our"), about your use of the mobile application Cat Translator: Human to Cat (the "App").

Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Entertainment only, no real translation

The App uses sound checks, photos and pre-written content to create fun, playful results. It is a novelty and entertainment product.

• The App does not truly translate cat sounds into human language, or human speech into cat language. No scientific method can do this, and we do not claim it.
• "Translations", emotions, moods and messages shown or played by the App are made for fun. They are not facts about your cat.
• Cat sounds, whistle tones and sleepy sounds may or may not get your cat's attention. Results are different for every cat.

2. Not veterinary or professional advice

Any information about breeds, behaviour, health, food, first aid, training, risks or lifespan shown in the App is general information only. It is not a diagnosis and not professional advice.

Always ask a licensed veterinarian or qualified professional about your cat's health, diet, behaviour or safety. If your cat is unwell or injured, contact a veterinarian right away. Do not delay or ignore professional advice because of anything you saw in the App.

3. Who may use the App

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom you must be at least 16.
• If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms for you.
• You must not be barred from using the App under the laws of your country.

4. Licence to use the App

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, under these Terms and Google Play's rules. We keep all rights we do not expressly give you.

5. What you must not do

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except where the law expressly allows it;
• rent, sell, sublicense or distribute the App to others;
• use the App to break any law, or to harm, harass, threaten or cheat anyone;
• submit photos, suggestions or other content that is illegal, breaks someone else's rights, shows sexual content, violence or cruelty to animals, or contains other people's private information without their permission;
• photograph or record a person without their consent where the law requires it;
• use bots, scripts or automated tools with the App or the services it connects to;
• try to get around ads, purchase checks, rate limits or security measures;
• overload, disrupt or attack the App's servers or the third-party services it uses.

We may suspend or stop your access to the App if you break these rules.

6. Cat Scanner results

The Cat Scanner sends the photo you choose to our server, which uses a third-party AI service to create information about the cat in the picture.

• Results are guesses, not facts. Breed identification is based on appearance and can be wrong.
• Results may be incomplete, outdated or misleading. We do not check them before you see them, and we do not guarantee they are accurate.
• Anything shown about food, first aid, risks, training or lifespan is general reading only. It is not veterinary advice, and section 2 applies to it in full.
• The scanner may fail or give no result, for example if the photo has no cat, more than one animal, or is unclear.
• To keep the service fair, the number of scans may be limited.

7. Your content

"Your Content" means the photos you take or pick, the sounds you record, and any suggestions you send us in the App.

• You keep full ownership of Your Content.
• You confirm that you have the right to use Your Content and that it does not break anyone's rights or the law.
• You give us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process Your Content only to run the feature you asked for: checking sounds on your device, getting a Cat Scanner result for your photo, or reading your suggestion. For sounds and photos, this licence ends when the processing is finished.
• We do not use your photos or recordings for advertising, and we do not sell them.

8. Advertising

The free version of the App is supported by ads. By using the free version, you agree that ads may be shown, including banner, full-screen and rewarded video ads.

Ads come from third-party ad networks. We do not control the content of each ad and are not responsible for the products, services or claims in them. If you tap an ad, you deal directly with that advertiser and their terms apply.

9. Purchases and refunds

• The App offers an optional one-time purchase that removes ads and unlocks premium features. There is no subscription and nothing renews. You are never charged again after the single payment.
• All payments are processed by Google Play. We never receive your card details. Google's terms of sale apply.
• The price, currency and taxes are shown in the App before you confirm. Prices can change, but a change never affects a purchase you already made.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google's refund policy. We cannot give refunds directly for a Google Play purchase. You may also have cancellation rights under your local consumer law, which these Terms do not limit.
• The purchase is linked to the Google account you used to buy it. If you change device or reinstall, use the same Google account and the App will restore your purchase.
• We may change or remove a premium feature. If we permanently remove a feature you paid for, contact us and we will work with you on a fair solution.

10. Permissions, internet and safe use

• Some features need the microphone or camera permission. You can refuse or remove a permission at any time in Android Settings; only that feature will stop working.
• The Cat Scanner, ads and some other features need an internet connection. Your mobile data charges apply.
• Whistle and sound features can play high-pitched or loud audio. Use a sensible volume, do not play sounds close to a person's or animal's ears, and stop if your cat seems stressed. You use these features at your own risk.

11. Third-party services

The App relies on services run by others, including Google Play services, Firebase, ad networks and AI providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control. Links to other websites are provided only for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Intellectual property

The App, its name, logo, design, text, graphics, animations, sounds, models and code belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.

13. Updates and availability

We may release updates, and Google Play may install them automatically. We may add, change or remove features at any time. We may also stop offering the App, with notice where reasonably possible. We do not promise the App will always be available or free of errors.

14. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty. To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

Some countries do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or harm to a person or animal, arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability to you for all claims about the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

16. Indemnity

You agree to protect us from any claim, loss or cost (including reasonable legal fees) caused by your misuse of the App, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or anyone's rights.

17. Ending these Terms

You can end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we stop offering the App. Sections 12, 14, 15, 16 and 19 continue to apply after the agreement ends.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date on this page and, for important changes, give notice in the App or on our website. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept the new Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the App and uninstall it.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India have jurisdiction over any dispute.

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another country whose law lets you bring a claim in your own courts and use your local consumer protection rules, this section does not take those rights away.

20. Google Play

These Terms are between you and us, not Google. Google is not responsible for the App or its content. Your use of the App must also follow the Google Play Terms of Service.

21. General

• These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the App.
• If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect.
• If we do not enforce a right, we do not give it up.
• You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a successor of our business.
• These Terms are written in English. Any translation is for convenience; the English version applies.
