This Privacy Policy explains what information the Palm Reading App: Palmistry mobile application (the "App") collects, why it is collected, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. It applies only to the App. It does not apply to any other website or service.
The App is developed and published by Premier Mobile Apps, a partnership firm established in India and based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India ("we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

The short version. The App does not have user accounts and we do not run our own servers that store your information. Your profile details, your palm photos and your chat history are saved on your own phone. To create a reading, your palm photo and the birth details you enter are sent over an encrypted connection to a third-party artificial intelligence provider, which processes them and sends back the reading. We also use standard analytics, crash reporting and advertising services. You can erase everything at any time by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App.
The App asks you for a small profile so it can generate a personalised reading. You choose whether to provide it. Depending on the feature you use, this may include:
This profile is stored in a database on your device. When you request a reading, the relevant details are included in the request sent to our AI provider (see section 6).
The App does not use your phone's GPS or read your current location. The App does not request the Android location permission. When you type the name of a city as your place of birth, Android's built-in geocoding function converts that text into approximate map coordinates on your device. Those coordinates describe the birthplace you typed, not where you are. They are stored on your device and used only for astrological calculations.
Reading your palm is the core purpose of the App, so this section explains it in full.
Like most mobile apps, the App and the services inside it collect certain technical information automatically:
The App offers optional one-time purchases and subscriptions that remove ads and unlock features. All payments are processed by Google Play Billing. We never receive, see or store your card number, bank details or billing address. We receive only the status of your purchase, such as whether a purchase or subscription is active, so the App can unlock the correct features. Purchase and subscription events may also be recorded in our analytics.
The App uses the third-party services listed below. Each one handles data under its own privacy policy, and we recommend you read the ones that matter to you.
| Service | What it does in the App | Data it may receive | Privacy policy |
|---|---|---|---|
| OpenRouter | Routes your reading request to an AI model and returns the generated text | Your palm photo, name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, your chat questions, IP address | openrouter.ai/privacy |
| Google (Gemini models) | Primary AI model that generates your reading, reached through OpenRouter | The content of the reading request, as above | policies.google.com/privacy |
| OpenAI | Backup AI model used only if the primary model is unavailable, reached through OpenRouter | The content of the reading request, as above | openai.com/policies/privacy-policy |
| Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring, Remote Config) |
Usage statistics, crash reporting, performance measurement and remote settings | Device and app information, app activity events, crash and performance data, identifiers, IP-derived approximate location | firebase.google.com/support/privacy |

Core platform services, purchases, subscriptions and the optional rating prompt | Device information, identifiers, purchase status | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Appodeal and its mediation partners | Selects, delivers and measures the advertisements shown in the free version of the App | Advertising ID, device and app information, ad interactions, IP address and IP-derived approximate location | appodeal.com/privacy-policy |
Appodeal works as a mediation layer, which means it passes the ad request to whichever advertising network is available at that moment. Those partners may include AppLovin, Unity Ads, BidMachine, Bidon, Meta Audience Network, Mintegral, Liftoff, InMobi and others, and the list can change over time. The current partner list and their privacy policies are published by Appodeal at appodeal.com/privacy-policy.

We share information only as described in this policy:
We do not sell your personal information for money. Please read section 12 for how California law treats advertising-related sharing.
Your personal information from the App lives on your own device, not on a server belonging to us. We do not keep a copy, so there is nothing for you to ask us to delete and nothing for us to look up. Deletion is immediate and entirely in your hands:
Please note that deletion cannot be undone. Once you clear the App's data or uninstall the App, your readings and history are gone and cannot be recovered, by you or by us.
Data held by the third-party services listed in section 6 is deleted on their own schedules, described in section 9 and in their own privacy policies.
The free version of the App shows advertisements. You have these choices:
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict or object to how we process it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that already took place. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Because your data is held on your own device, you can exercise your right of access, correction and erasure yourself, directly and immediately, using the App and the steps in section 10. That is faster than any request to us, because we hold no copy to send you or delete. If you have a question about your rights or about anything in this policy, you are welcome to write to us at premierfeedback@outlook.com.
Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, used and disclosed, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal information for money. However, the disclosure of identifiers and app activity to advertising partners for personalised advertising may be treated as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising under California law. You can opt out of that sharing at any time using the advertising controls in section 11, and you can exercise your right to delete using the steps in section 10.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access a summary of your personal data, to correction and erasure, to grievance redressal, and to nominate another person to exercise your rights. Your data sits on your own device, so access and erasure are available to you directly through the App, as described in section 10. For grievances, our contact is premierfeedback@outlook.com. If your grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Wherever you live, the controls in section 10 and section 11 are available to you, and you may write to us with any privacy question. We will respond in line with the law that applies to you.
We are based in India. The services listed in section 6 operate globally and process data in the United States, the European Union, India and other countries. This means your information may be transferred to, and processed in, a country whose data protection laws differ from those of your own. Where a transfer from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom takes place, our providers rely on recognised safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. By using the App you understand that this transfer takes place.
The App is not intended for children. It is not directed to anyone under 13 years of age, and if you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you must be at least 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below these ages. If we learn that we have done so, we will delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, contact us at premierfeedback@outlook.com and we will take action.
All communication between the App and the services it uses takes place over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. Your profile, palm images and chat history are kept in the App's private storage area on your device, which other applications cannot read. We limit access to any data we can reach to the people who need it to operate and improve the App. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information using reasonable technical and organisational measures.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we add a feature or change a service provider. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and publish the revised version here. If the change is significant, we will make a reasonable effort to tell you in the App. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
If you have any question, request or complaint about this Privacy Policy or about how the App handles your information, please contact us:
We aim to reply to every privacy enquiry within 30 days. If your question is about removing your data, please read section 10 first, as you can do it yourself straight away.
